Get Up and Move That Body!

Our bodies were designed to move.

Movement is such a powerful catalyst for change. It unleashes energy and creativity. Movement opens us to new experiences, relationships and environments. It raises our spirits, fuels our joy and gives us the courage to live life fully, passionately and creatively.

You don’t have to run a marathon or train for a triathlon. It can be as simple as getting up from your chair or desk every 20 minutes and taking a stroll for 5 minutes or doing something a little more active, such as taking an occasional morning or evening walk. Take the dog for a long walk. Park further away from the grocery store. Take the stairs instead of the elevator.
