Dr. Jennifer Hauskey, Physical Therapist

Dr. Jennifer Hauskey

PT, DPT, ECS, ABPTS Board Certified in EMG/NCV Testing

Dr. Hauskey is a Physical Therapist and is Board Certified in Clinical Electrophysiology. Dr. Hauskey has seen or treated nearly every type of physical therapy needed, ranging from neuromuscular complications to vestibular disorder to orthopedic injuries.

Originally from the Chicago area, Dr. Hauskey received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the University of Central Arkansas in 2013, which is ranked in the top 45 of all 237 DPT programs in the U.S. by US News and World Report for 2020.

Dr. Hauskey started studying health and medicine at Mississippi State University, playing D1 college volleyball for the Bulldogs at the same time. She continued her studies at the University of Central Arkansas (UCA), completing undergraduate and graduate studies. While at UCA, she helped lead the 2009 Sugar Bear volleyball team to a 21-3 record and an undefeated season in the Southland Conference, and she completed clinical internships in Arlington Heights, IL; Springdale, AR; and Conway, AR.

After graduating, Dr. Hauskey started practicing physical therapy for two years at Body Owners Physical Therapy in Key West, FL.  She moved to One-to-One Physical Therapy and Diagnostics in Delray Beach, FL, eventually becoming the Clinical Director of multiple offices as well as VP of Operations of Diagnostics for the company.

Dr. Hauskey completed a 2-year residency program with Hands-On Diagnostics, accredited by The American Association of Neuromuscular & Electrodiagnostic Medicine, making her one of only a handful of physical therapists in the state of Florida accredited to use Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) to identify nerve and muscle disorders or injuries.

Dr. Dimitrios Kostopoulos


Dr. Kostopoulos is a Board Certified Clinical Electrophysiology Specialist with over 29 years of clinical experience and over 20 years experience in electrophysiology testing. He is one of very few Electrophysiology Specialists who has achieved a Doctorate of Science (Dsc) in Clinical Electrophysiology Testing.

He is a Clinical Affiliate Assistant Professor. at Charles E. Schmidt College of Medicine at Florida Atlantic University, past member of SACE (Specialization Academy of Content Experts) for the electrophysiology board exam of ABPTS and serves as an elected member of the Nominating Committee of the Academy of Clinical Electrophysiology (ACEWM) of the APTA. He is also an Adjunct Faculty of Springfield College teaching the Clinical Electrophysiology module.

A world-renowned, leading expert, and best-selling author in Myofascial Pain. Dr. Kostopoulos has extensive training and teaching experience in different areas of manual therapy with the emphasis on Trigger Point, MyoFascial, NeuroFascial Therapy, and Manipulation.

He earned his Doctorate (Ph.D.) and Master’s degrees at New York University and his second Doctorate of Science (Dsc) degree at Rocky Mountain University (Clinical Electrophysiology). Dr. Kostopoulos has obtained his MD degree as a medical graduate from UHSA School of Medicine.

He has numerous publications; he is an Associate Editor of the Journal of Bodywork and Movement Therapies published by Elsevier and has taught thousands of students worldwide.

Dr. Kostopoulos is the recipient of a multitude of business and humanitarian awards.

Dr. Andrew Mestman


Dr. Andrew was born in Santa Monica and went to school in Torrance, CA. He grew up in the beach cities- what the SoCal locals call “The South Bay”. He received his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Cal State University of Dominguez Hills. He then went on to receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy with high honors from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. He has a background in sports performance with certifications in advanced manual therapy techniques. He believes that integrating a hands-on approach combined with corrective movements results in the highest quality of care for his patients.

Dr. Mandy Gandhi


Dr. Gandhi is a Board Certified Physical Therapist. Originally from Western New York, Dr. Gandhi received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from the State University at Buffalo in 2004. Prior to completing her DPT, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science also at SUNY Buffalo.

Throughout her 18 years of physical therapy experience, Dr. Gandhi has had the opportunity to work in several states including North Carolina, California, Texas, Arizona and Florida. Treatment areas include outpatient orthopedics, inpatient neuro rehabilitation, and pediatrics.

Dr. Gandhi is currently enrolled in Electrodiagnostic (EMG/NCV) Diplomate Program with Hands-On Diagnostics, and is under the mentorship of Dr. Hauskey to learn to perform and interpret Electromyography (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Velocity (NCV) studies. Her ultimate goal is to become Board Certified by the APTA in the area of Clinical Electrophysiology.

Tyler Weston, Physical Therapist Assistant

Tyler Weston


In his two years as a Physical Therapy Assistant, Tyler has successfully treated hundreds of patients right here in Florida.  Tyler’s friendly demeanor, high integrity, and smart assessment skills make him an ideal therapist for those of all ages and physical issues.

Tyler earned his Associate of Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from Keiser University in Ft. Lauderdale. His background in the U.S. Army in military intelligence operations — and as a collegiate baseball player – were the foundation of his discipline and work ethic.  Tyler also has had two shoulder surgeries and a knee surgery himself: so he knows first-hand the processes and patience it takes to rehab and recover.

Tyler still loves to play baseball, as well as sand volleyball, strength training, and spending his free time with his wife and dog.

Santiago Carbonell


Santiago has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Georgia Southern University and an Associate of Science from Keiser University. Before obtaining his PTA license, he worked as a personal trainer and physical therapy technician for years. He enjoys resistance training workouts and playing in a men’s soccer league in St. Petersburg. He is originally from Argentina and fluent in Spanish.

Sophia Picun

PT Tech

Sophia Picun is an aspiring PT, and currently a junior at St. Pete College, majoring in Exercise Science. She is planning on transferring to the University of South Florida to receive her Bachelors in Exercise Science and then on to Physical Therapy School. She graduated from Calvary Christian High School in 2020 and played volleyball all 4 years. Also, she coaches indoor volleyball for Coastal Volleyball Academy and Palm Harbor University High School. She was born and raised in Dunedin, FL with her younger brother Pierce and dog, Nola. On her spare time, she likes to read, listen to music and go to the beach.

Christy Renner

Marketing & Community Engagement Director

Christy joined the Catalyst Physical Therapy team in January 2022. Her love for connecting people and creating relationships has now been perfectly matched with her love for helping people. Her unique career path has taken her from the steel industry in Pittsburgh PA to the Aluminium industry in Dallas Tx. until she made her way to the Tampa Bay area where she has spent the last decade in the Community Relations arena.

Building and maintaining relationships has been the common cord throughout her broad career path. She is thrilled to have the opportunity to bring her experience and passion to the Catalyst team and vision.

Christy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Hillsborough County Fire Rescue Foundation, The Rogai Family Foundation and has recently served on the board of directors for the Jameis Winston, Dream Forever Foundation

She enjoys spending time with her husband Tim, practicing pilates, kayaking, attending sporting events, (avid Buccaneers, Lighting and Rays fan). and spending time with the people she loves.

Evan Turner

Evan Turner was born and raised in Pinellas County. He graduated from St. Petersburg College in 2020 with Bachelor’s Degree in Public Policy & Administration. His time at Catalyst is spent elevating the patient experience. He enjoys reading, writing, and lifting weights.

Lillian Schlesak

Medical Office Assistant

Lillian graduated from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. She received a Bachelors of Arts degree double major in psychology and sociology. She worked in retail management for over 25 years. Lillian decided to bring her talents into the medical field in 2020. Lillian joined the Catalyst team in March 2022. Her attention to detail and commitment to every patient's experience makes her a key part of our team.

In her free time, Lillian spends time with her boyfriend and their two cats; Morty and Misty. Her hobbies are yoga, biking, and going on cruises. She also enjoys the beach and doing beach cleanups.
