After you send STOP, you may receive a one-time confirmation message. You will no longer receive text messages from the applicable Catalyst messaging program unless you later opt in again.

You may continue to communicate with Catalyst by telephone, through our website, or by other available methods. Opting out of text messages may affect Catalyst’s ability to send appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and other communications by text.
